How to make a Ocean Punch
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- 1/4 oz Blue Raspberry Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur
Method
- If you want a rim, run a lime wedge around half the glass and dip it in salt or Tajín. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
- Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds.
- Strain over the fresh ice and garnish.

Substitutions
- No blue raspberry syrup? Muddle 4–6 fresh blue raspberries with 1/4 oz simple syrup, then fine-strain the drink.
- Use mezcal for a smokier drink, or split the spirit half tequila and half mezcal.
