How it works

Three steps. No build-out.

A new system, made to feel familiar. If your team can pour a beer, they can pour a Craft Standard cocktail: no cocktail station, no new line, no training day. Watch the full setup.

The practical system

The easiest way to batch.

What arrives, what the account adds, how the line is handled, and what the bartender actually does during service.

What ships

A non-alcoholic, shelf-stable cocktail mixer keg, pre-balanced. No liquor in transit. Ready to add spirits. PET, recyclable keg.

What the bar adds

The account's own spirit. The brand, proof and pour cost stay yours.

What it connects to

Any standard U.S. Sankey D coupler, the same one running your beer. No new lines.

What staff do

Pull, garnish, serve. Keep the line moving through the rush.

Before Craft Standard

Slow builds, inconsistent specs, staff training burden, and lost high-margin orders in the rush.

With Craft Standard

The recipe is already doing the heavy lifting. Staff focus on serving, not building every drink by hand.

Fits your setup

Standard draft hardware and your existing line-cleaning routine. Our team helps spec any account-specific setup before your first keg.

~245

Approx. serves from a 1/4 barrel at the standard 4 oz pour into an 8 oz cup.

Fact sheet
1/4 & 1/6 barrels

Two keg formats across the range: ~245 and ~160 serves. Inside: 20L of mix with room for 9L of spirits, or the smaller 19L build.

1 handle

One tap handle is valuable real estate. Make it earn its keep.

FAQs

What questions can we answer?

Do I need new lines or hardware?

No. It runs on the draft lines you already pour beer through: no new lines, no glycol, no build-out.

How is it cleaned?

Like a beer line. Same process, same schedule, no new SOP, nothing to retrain.

What is in the mix?

Made with natural juices: shelf-stable, pre-balanced and consistent before your spirit ever goes in.

How does it ship?

Non-alcoholic, with no liquor in transit. Your own licensed spirit is what makes it a cocktail.

Are there keg deposits?

No, all kegs are one-use and recyclable. Lightweight and easy to use.

What connector?

Our kegs use the same Sankey-D connector as most beers in the US. No fitting changes, clean the line and start pouring cocktails!
