For events, catering & weddings

Signature drinks for 150 guests, without the queue.

Serve a real cocktail at wedding and event volume, at the speed of beer, so the bar never backs up during the toast.

Events, catering & weddings

The problem

A hand-built signature cocktail for 150 guests can tie up two bartenders for a whole reception, and the crush always lands in one fifteen-minute window after the ceremony or the toast. Batch it and the quality drifts as the citrus oxidizes and the ice melts; pre-pour it and it sits warm on a tray. The couple remembers the queue, not the recipe.

How Craft Standard fixes it

One spec, 150-plus identical pours, served at the speed of beer. A 30L keg holds about 245 serves of the signature drink, pre-balanced and made with natural juices; the caterer adds the spirit and connects to a standard draft line. The surge clears in minutes, the drink stays cold through the line, and the last guest gets the same cocktail as the first.

Why it works for events, catering & weddings.

Peak speed

No bar bottleneck

Clear the post-toast surge at the speed of a beer line. Service keeps moving through the toast, the dance floor and last call.

One spec

Identical for every guest

The first serve and the hundredth taste exactly the same, because nobody is rebuilding the drink under pressure.

Lower pour cost

Better event math

About 245 drinks per keg at a pour cost near 8 percent. The signature drink stops being the loss leader of the bar package.

Easy setup

Plug into the bar

Connects to the draft system the venue already runs, or to a portable draft box for off-site catering.

~245drinks per keg, one signature serve

Events, catering & weddings: questions.

How many kegs for a 150-guest wedding?

Plan on two serves per guest if the signature drink is the featured pour, which is about 300 serves, so two 30L kegs with margin. If it shares the bar with beer and wine, one keg usually covers it.

Can we offer two signature drinks?

Yes. Run a second keg on a second tap; each handle holds one fixed spec. His-and-hers pairs are the most common format.

Do we need special equipment at the venue?

A standard draft line is enough; the keg connects to the same Sankey D coupler as a beer keg. For marquees and off-site events, a portable draft box does the job.

How does the drink stay cold outdoors?

It pours chilled through the draft line, which removes the warm-tray problem that batched and pre-poured drinks have at outdoor events.

Who supplies the alcohol?

The venue or caterer adds their own spirit under their own license. The keg ships non-alcoholic and shelf-stable, which also makes transport and storage simple.

What happens to a part-used keg?

The mix is shelf-stable before the spirit goes in, so unopened kegs hold for the next event. Once spiked and tapped, treat it like any draft product.
